The Jewish HealthCare Center is one of New England’s most respected HealthCare facilities, providing innovative long-Term Care, short-term rehabilitation, hospice services, and Alzheimer’s care to the community since 1916.
We are seeking a Treatment Nurse LPN/RN, M-F, 9-1, on call weekend rotation.
Ability to perform wound assessments, reassessment, and management for all patients and per policy.
Utilizes current wound management theory when providing care to patients with acute and chronic wounds.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of staging system of wounds.
Develops skin care programs to prevent skin breakdown.
Documentation meets current standards and practices.
Experience with Point Click Care.
