SalarySurgical Product Solutions is a growing company in the Surgical Device Industry looking for Shipping and Receiving Specialists to join our Warehouse Logistics Team. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consistently meets or exceeds deadlines, and possesses excellent time-management skills. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager and communicates across all internal departments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following roles:
- Fulfillment: Picking, Pulling Orders
- Shipping: Packing Boxes, Label Creation
- Receiving - Data Entry and Quality Control
- Materials Management or OR Supply
Minimum Requirements
- Entry Level
- Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge
- Strong Email Communication
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Materials Management or Warehouse experience within the healthcare sector
Primary Responsibilities
Shipping:
- Picking Orders
- Boxing Orders
- Double Checks
- Label Creation, Ship Manager
- Use of an ERP System
Receiving:
- Quality Control - Sterility of Product
- Data Entry - Code, Lot #, Serial Numbers, Expiration
- Use of a Barcode Scanner
- Use of an ERP System

- Pulling Expired Inventory
