OrganicsRx is a start-up in the organic food agriculture space, developing and manufacturing organic products for commercial strawberry and vegetable farming. We're seeking an Office Admin to help create logistics systems as we grow. Be comfortable working in Quickbooks, setting dashboard, managing purchase orders, invoicing, inventory tracking, orders, freight and communication with clients and vendors. Be an expert in Quickbooks, Office, Powerpoint, basic bookeeping, ACH systems and working side-by-side with the COO.
• Proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Help optimize and create logistics systems in Quickbooks.
• You will be managing vendors, COGS, sourcing materials, managing toll blending scheduling. Please have experience coordinating manufacturing dashboards, day one.
• Content and social media assistance is helpful but not mandatory.
• A second language is helpful (Spanish, Chinese ideally) but not mandatory.
The position is part-time to start, 8 hours per week minimum- 12 hours per week maximim. Pay is hourly, based on experience. Looking for a team player eager to grow with the company. The role could evolve into a full-time position in 2024. Location can be remote.
