Job Responsibilities: What you will do.
- Manage logistics operations team to drive KPI’s.
- Locate problems in the company’s supply chain through quality control checks.
- Establish objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
- Develop tools to automate repetitious processes.
- Resolve inventory management concerns.
- Support marketing events logistics coordination.
- Manage day-to-day input and output of logistics and marketing products.
- Lead project implementation to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio.
- Monitor the overall budget of the business.
- Identify patterns and trends in data sets.
- Define new data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications: What you will bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in either supply chain management or project management or related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in logistic management or customer service.
- Proven track record for leading and developing teams that are proactive in driving process improvement.
- Working knowledge and understanding of supply chain, global logistics, and trade compliance.
- Microsoft office skills and operating within an ERP system.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, dealers, and customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
