Logistics Manager - Plano Texas Location

Hiring Locations: Either Plano, TX or Largo, FL

Job Responsibilities: What you will do.

• Manage logistics operations team to drive KPI’s.
• Locate problems in the company’s supply chain through quality control checks.
• Establish objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
• Develop tools to automate repetitious processes.
• Resolve inventory management concerns.
• Support marketing events logistics coordination.
• Manage day-to-day input and output of logistics and marketing products.
• Lead project implementation to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to calculate the cost-benefit ratio.
• Monitor the overall budget of the business.
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets.
• Define new data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications: What you will bring.

• Bachelor’s degree in either supply chain management or project management or related field preferred.
• 7 years of experience in logistic management or customer service.
• Proven track record for leading and developing teams that are proactive in driving process improvement.
• Working knowledge and understanding of supply chain, global logistics, and trade compliance.
• Microsoft office skills and operating within an ERP system.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, dealers, and customers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
