We're looking for our next great Store Managers to keep our stores running smoothly and successfully. Store Managers are responsible for maintaining the Three-Fold Philosophy and operating standards, implementing company policies, maximizing Net Operating Income, and for representing Auntie Anne's Mission and Philosophy to its customers, employees, and community. As part of our Management team, you will:
- Perform some or all duties of the Crew Members, Shift Managers, or Assistant Managers as needed
- Recruit, interview, and hire all staff
- Determine staffing needs and schedule all staff; post Weekly Schedule each week in accordance with Scheduling Tool
- Monitor staffing levels and labor costs to maximize efficiency and control labor expense ratios
- Review and authorize payment of all invoices from vendors and other suppliers of goods and services
- Encourage teamwork, the building of staff morale, and the resolution of conflict through bi-monthly (plus as-needed) staff meetings and daily communication
- At all times direct operations with the goal of increasing sales, reducing expenses and maximizing Net Operating Income in accordance with annual budget
Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, amazing leadership skills, and an outgoing personality. You should also have dependable transportation available and be able to be readily contacted by phone. To be a great Store Manager, you'll need great communication and multitasking skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to perform basic math used for customer transactions, sales/inventory reports, and product prep. We also provide training for managers - all Store Managers must successfully complete Operation Pretzel Lover Training at Auntie Anne's Training Center.
