Logistics Coordinator

Support the Logistics Staff in the daily requirements of shipments with destinations both within and outside the US. Follow the directives set forth in the customers’ letter of instructions. Process the invoices for all shipments and submit them to subsidiaries, representatives, and customer accordingly. Support Mirion Trade shows working closely with corporate Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare shipping paperwork; Bring required documents to the Shipping Dept. and confirm shipments.
• Process invoices and PGI in SAP.
• Process invoices in SAP. Forward invoices to the appropriate parties and file invoices in SAP.
• Interdepartmental collaboration to assist in maintenance of proficient shipment processing.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
• Assist with order communication/collaboration (internal departments and customers).
• Basic knowledge of all departmental requirements.
• Monitor and communicate KPI’s and metrics/Run reports.
• Basic knowledge of processes and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of the company export controls.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient with SAP.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instruction.
• Knowledge of shipping methods.
• Ability to back up the Senior Specialist
• Working knowledge of internal export control program.
• Knowledge of invoicing procedures.
• Haz Mat Awareness.
• SAP Knowledge.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years of experience or demonstrated proficiency commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
