Responsibilities - What You Will Do:
How will you help us grow? It matters to us, and it matters to you!
- Work with carriers and our corporate distribution team to ensure finished product ships immediately.
- Keep warehouse capacity at control levels and seed steadily shipping so we do not experience any production bottlenecks due to limited floor space.
- Ensure direct materials arrive in time for production runs.
- Support off-site warehouse operations.
- Monitor daily activities and ensure time and quality commitments are met.
- Coordinate the shipping and logistics process of Corteva products to sales representatives, customers, and growers, as well as between locations.
- Complete and maintain records in accordance with the Corteva Records Retention Policy

- You have your High School Diploma or GED.
- When you see a problem, you look for a way to fix it, you're solutions focused.
- You have 2-4+ years of logistics, supply chain, production/operations, or other related planning and scheduling experience.
- You have a strong understanding of inventory management best practices.
- You are an effective communicator and have proven experience working successfully with a variety of stakeholders.
- Data analysis? No problem! You are an Excel guru and strong with computer applications and can chart data to analyze results and make smart business decisions.
- You value the safety of yourself and your co-workers and will eagerly participate in safe work practices, on-the-job safety, and work safety programs.
- You understand that the company's viability and performance is directly tied to your job security, so you are willing and able to work seasonal split shift work and overtime hours including nights and weekends to meet business needs during peak season.
Preferences - It Would Be Great If You Have:
- An Associate's Degree or higher.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improving experience.
- Experience leading programs or processes.
- General agriculture knowledge and/or experience.
