POSITION SUMMARY
As part of operations, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth function of all aspects of our Supply Chain including materials procurement, processing, and order fulfillment and delivery. An efficient, functional Supply Chain is critical to the success of our organization and the success of our customers. You will be able to apply your experience and expertise in logistics, procurement, problem-solving, forecasting and planning to create contingency plans in case of disruption and ensure key leadership has up-to-day knowledge and reporting regarding our current condition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Inventory management including:
- Cycle counting
- Establishing minimum/maximum levels
- Processing inventory allocations, adjustments and transfers
- Data analysis
- Processing procurement, shipping and receiving documentation
- Staging parts for assembly jobs
- Evaluate and re-evaluate new and current vendors.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery on products and services with vendors.
- Procure materials and services for internal requests and production job requirements.
- Address and resolve issues with vendors regarding quality and on-time delivery.
- Submit vendor returns and freight claims.
- Issue and communicate corrective action to vendor when necessary.
- Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL, USPS, UPS, international).
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization on process improvements.
- Resolve Supply Chain issues and identify root cause; escalate as necessary.
- Follow regulatory requirements for all shipments.
- May be required to load and unload any freight as needed.
- Provide support for other areas of the organization as requested.
- Process all required documentation through Janco’s ERP software and any other required software.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Hands-on application in Supply Chain activities using data analysis, organization, and knowledge of requirements to drive accurate process flow.
Experience with ISO 9001 is a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP softwares; experience with E2 Shoptech or JobBOSS is a plus.
Certificates & Licenses: Fork Truck Operation (on-site training & certification)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work may be equally performed in a climate-controlled office environment sitting at a desk and using a computer and spending time on the shop floor which is not climate controlled.
