An appliance company with multi-million $ in revenue is looking to add to its operations department.The right candidate will serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments (Operations, Purchasing and Sales), and external parties, including vendors, trade partners, and customers.
Major Functions:
- Confirmations: Written and verbal confirmation for deliveries and installs, coordination between sales, operations, our trade partners and their clients.
- Scheduling: Work with lead operations managers to compose 1 week, 2 week, and 3 week look ahead schedules. Use routing software to determine best routes
Minor Functions
- Inbound Phone: Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding operations related issues
- CRM: Work within internal CRM database to add relevant operations data and notation
Qualifications
Multi-Task and detail oriented, fast paced atmosphere
Solid Planning and organizational skills
Excellent Phone/People Skills
Excel and database efficient
Ability to keep detailed documentation as required
Office Suite proficiency a must and experience in a support role is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits
- Salaried position based on experience equivalent to $22-25/hr
