Job Purpose and Impact
The Wilbur Chocolate Store Coordinator will assist in monitoring and supporting the daily movements of inventory/assembly of inventory items in the operating system. This position will also be the primary back office support particularly for the store location. They will liaison information between the store and warehouse locations, and work closely with location management. Key Accountabilities
Perform complex administrative or clerical tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basicunderstanding of customer service practices and procedures. Process production work orders, product assemply builds/unbuilds, item record maintenance within operating system, pulling and closing store sales orders, Inform customers about order status, invoices and other standard information needed to complete the sale. Provide customer service through social media platforms and in store – help at POS and on store floor as needed, providing optimal customer service Perform various office duties examples include but are not limited to: store order entry into retail system, managing store pick up system for orders and donations, collaboration with kitchen manager for transfer order needs, store signage generation and management; donation requests; entering new empty gift items into retail system, etc., processing in-store shipping orders Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent Minimum of four years of related work experience Organized with strong verbal and written customer service and interpersonal skills.
