Utilize your logistics expertise in an operations environment for the Honeywell Aerospace Technologies Ground Support Solutions (GSS) team. You will be accountable for supply chain services in support of improved customer OTTR, past due burn down and inventory control. You will collaborate with team members to drive solutions to issues related to critical parts availability, material handling, receiving, inspection, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing & crating. You will provide leadership during daily Honeywell Operating System (HOS) meetings and provide data analysis for shipment planning and volume studies; and participate in process/productivity improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of a daily GSS Operations traffic/Tier meeting.
- Collaborate with configuration mgt & GSS dashboard developers to improve functionality.
- Review of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly demand; take proactive steps to improve OTTR.
- Prioritize & schedule units for shipment for OTTR and past due burn down.
- Collaborate with Traffic & Distribution Admin./Quality/Engineering/Config. Mgt.
- Provide back up support to Traffic & Distribution Admin.
- Monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
- Investigate missed shipments for RCCA.
- Drive opportunities to reduce stuck inventory.
- Use GSS Dashboard for daily prioritization of work.
- Convert planned to production orders for hardware/software/manuals.
- Generate SAP COOIS report; obtain software & manuals to support shipments.
- Ensure document retention for all shipments in support of internal/external audits.
- Manage supplier documentation via Dexcenter – Documentum storage.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma
- US Citizenship due to Contractual requirements.
- Some experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain.
- SAP experience.
- Willingness to work on-site; this is not a virtual/work from home position.
WE VALUE:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Some analytical skill.
- Motivated, self-starter.
- Prior shop floor experience in a Union environment.
- Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion.
- Excellent collaboration and influence with management, colleagues, and cross function team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- MS Office experience (especially Excel & Outlook).
