Logistics Account Coordinator

We are looking for someone with a pleasant phone personality coupled with a proficient level of computer skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to provide quick and courteous service to a large number of customers is required.

Position Description:

You will be an integral team member handling a variety of interoffice responsibilities that includes, but is not limited to, handling complex customer inquiries and quotes, warehouse inventory recordkeeping, and any other daily projects that are assigned as needed. The Logistics Account Coordinator will eventually become a dedicated point of contact for premier clients. Majority of correspondence for tasks will be completed through email, but desk phone will also need to be readily utilized as needed. This position requires excellent communication skills, great multitasking, a track record of team contributions, and additional computer skills especially in the area of Excel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office environment
• Ability to reliably commute to Schaumburg office
• Experience a fast-paced environment and capable of multitasking efficiently and effectively.
• Additional preference for candidates who have a transportation/logistics background
• Desired hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm but can potentially be flexible with the start time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
