Delaware North operates Pine Lodge, located on the doorstep of majestic Glacier National Park, dating back to 2015.
- Provides direction, training, motivation and counseling of front office and housekeeping associates.
- Assumes responsibility to see that proper guest service is provided including resolution of guest concerns.
- Leads, coaches, empowers and works closely with associates to successfully execute all front office and housekeeping operations.
- Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department while keeping up communication within the front office staff, as well as, all other departments.
- Reviews all feedback on quality service levels and guest satisfaction; respond and address guest concerns.
- Inspects all areas of the facility to assure that all Housekeeping Standards are met.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Previous housekeeping or front desk experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Math and writing skills to complete log book entries.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Frequent walking and standing for entire length of shift.
- Frequent climbing of stairs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying.
- Use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing
