Nurse Practitioner needed in Wisconsin for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and WI state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm, can also consider four 10's. Will see 18-22 patients per day and patient population is all ages. Includes wellness visits, sick visits, chronic disease follow ups. Must be comfortable managing complex, chronic, and acute visits. Support staff includes RN and MA.
