Job Title: Middle Office Specialist - Trade Settlement - Contract
Location: Dallas, TX
Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week
Pay: $22hr to $24.80hr depending on experience level
Skills Required:
Intermediate/Expert level Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Proficiency in syndicated loans processing
Position Summary: Providing excellent customer service, and managing loan settlement services for our growing client base. This role involves collaboration with portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks while adhering to strict deadlines and targets.
Duties and Accountabilities:
Oversee client portfolio(s)/Agency trades in loan Trade Closing outsourcing services
Proactively manage and communicate with internal and external clients
Manage counterparty expectations and review primary/secondary par and distressed trade documentation
Coordinate trade closings among clients, counterparties, and agents, including legal counsel involvement for distressed and/or participations
Review trade documents for discrepancies prior to settlement using third-party systems
Manage outstanding trades and maintain comments per client expectations
Deliver closing packets to custodians and clients before stated deadlines
Education and Experience:
3+ years of syndicated bank loan settlement/management experience preferable
Knowledge of par and distressed loans and their documentation
Familiarity with trade fee calculations
Ability to read and interpret credit agreements
Experience with ClearPar/VTS/Markit WSO systems a plus
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.80 per hour
