Who you are:
As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist II, you are our loan experience champion. You'll be responsible for preparing moderately complex Commercial Loan and lease documentation in accordance with approved memoranda to ensure proper lien completion and compliance. You'll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to check for accuracy and stay up to date on laws and regulations to best serve our organization and customers. As a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist II, you are our loan experience champion. You'll be responsible for preparing moderately complex Commercial Loan and lease documentation in accordance with approved memoranda to ensure proper lien completion and compliance. You'll use your analytical skills, inquisitive mind, and detail-orientated approach to check for accuracy and stay up to date on laws and regulations to best serve our organization and customers. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously improve processes with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you'll do:
- Prepare complex Commercial Loan/Lease documents using specific approved loan terms that comply with internal bank policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements
- Research various systems and sources to collect and verify information on commercial entity structure
- Coordinate with Loan Officers and Assistants to compile required information for loan packages
- Prepare complex loan agreements for various financial reporting requirements and documents covenants. Submit loan agreement to In-House Counsel or Upper Management for approval
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What You'll Need
- 1+ year Commercial Loan/Lease documentation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
