Loan Specialist

- Prepare loan documents and coordinate closings
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure loan packages meet guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of loan transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures and practices
- Familiarity with escrow processes and requirements
- Proficiency in math, including 10-key typing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of basic math calculations for loan calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
