Location: On-site, 365 E. Germann Rd. Suite 140, Gilbert AZ 85297
As a Loan Document Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and uploading time-sensitive Loan Documents. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and clients to ensure the timeliness of requests is met. This is a high-volume data entry position, and knowledge of Loan Documents and file flow is ideal. This position is entry-level in the mortgage industry and should be considered a career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, process, and prepare required documentation.
- Review prepared Loan Documents to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Upload and identify Loan Documents accurately.
- Index Loan Documentation into LOS
- Basic understanding of the mortgage industry and mortgage processes.
- Ability to handle confidential documentation in a professional, ethical manner.
- Professional communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills and ability to promptly respond to vendor/inter-departmental requests.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve volume goals and performance standards.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Knowledge of tax transcript processing is a huge plus but not required.
Educational Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant business experience in mortgage administration and document management.
