Loan Document Specialist

Location: On-site, 365 E. Germann Rd. Suite 140, Gilbert AZ 85297

As a Loan Document Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and uploading time-sensitive Loan Documents. Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and clients to ensure the timeliness of requests is met. This is a high-volume data entry position, and knowledge of Loan Documents and file flow is ideal. This position is entry-level in the mortgage industry and should be considered a career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, process, and prepare required documentation.
• Review prepared Loan Documents to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Upload and identify Loan Documents accurately.
• Index Loan Documentation into LOS

• Basic understanding of the mortgage industry and mortgage processes.
• Ability to handle confidential documentation in a professional, ethical manner.
• Professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong time management skills and ability to promptly respond to vendor/inter-departmental requests.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve volume goals and performance standards.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Knowledge of tax transcript processing is a huge plus but not required.

Educational Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant business experience in mortgage administration and document management.
