Loan Servicing Specialist

Duties:

• Process borrower/lender related payments
• Maintain Client Information, including Property Insurance, Addresses, etc.
• Prepare and submit various client notices including Payment Reminders, Past Due Notices, etc.
• Respond to verbal/written inquiries related to Loan Servicing
• Communicate clearly and respectfully
• Create an effective daily routine and follow it
• Work close with other departments to ensure loan information is accurate
• Process Payoff Letter Requests Verification of Mortgage and any other requested information.
• Assist in meeting monthly loan volume, account retentions, bad debt, and delinquency standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on Excel
• QuickBooks is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

• High school or equivalent (Required)
