Loan Servicing Specialist II (Hybrid Schedule)

Within UMB Loan Administration, the Loan Servicing team interacts with internal partners to ensure all loans provided to them have correct information and are in compliance with UMB loan regulatory guidelines.
As a Loan Servicing Specialist II, you will be responsible for ongoing servicing/tracking of consumer and commercial loans. This will include communicating with loan officers, staff, customers and third parties. You will review loan documentation to ensure accuracy as well as create and/or update exceptions. You will provide collateral lien perfection through UCC filing and vehicle titling along with monitoring for insurance on Real Estate, Business Personal Property, Liability, Flood and Auto. You will also be involved in imaging documents to the repository.
The Loan Servicing team is about creating strong connections amongst its associates to develop and maintain a positive working experience. How you'll spend your time:
• You will review loan documents as well as perfect collateral through various means
• You will use UMB and Third party systems to maintain collateral records and track insurance for property, liability and flood insurance.
• You will use your communication skills to interact with loan officers and other internal and external groups in order to identify and provide solutions.

• You have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You have one (1)+ year commercial loan experience

Compensation Range:
Minimum: $35,700.00 - Mid Point: $47,565.00
