Salary- Review loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Verify borrower information, including running background reports.
- Update spreadsheets with accurate info obtained from file submission
- Prepare loan files for underwriting and submit to appropriate departments for approval
- Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the loan process to gather necessary information and resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and correspondence
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate calculations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
