As the mortgage market shifts, many brokerages and retail lenders are downsizing while we continue to expand. Simply put, our brokerage knows how to navigate all market conditions and we'll teach you everything we know so that you can succeed. New and experienced Loan Originators are welcome!

We give our business approach to you. We teach you how to grow your business by diversifying your lead sources, nurturing the relationships, and also providing you clients from our in-house lead generation program and B2B relationships. If you already have a steady flow of business, we will provide one of the most competitive compensation agreements with amazing support that will allow you to maximize your business.

You will be asked to network, do business with, and communicate with individuals who may speak different languages. Due to the importance of communication in this field, knowing multiple languages in addition to English is highly recommended and preferred.

Branch (Company sourced) deals will also be provided based on performance and for training purposes.

Compensation 100 Basis Points - 200 Basis Points (Production Based)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business

Preferred Qualifications:

• MLO license preferred
• Flexibility on hours for training
• Prior sales experience
• Bilingual is HIGHLY PREFERRED
