Loan Operations Associate II

General Job Summary
The Loan Operations Associate II serves a vital role in the commercial, consumer and portfolio mortgage delivery and servicing processes. Primary functions include the processing of commercial transactions and consumer loans, document preparation for same, ongoing core maintenance and servicing needs for these accounts. Will provide back up to the department for other loan operation needs and will serve as a back up to the other Loan Operations staff.
Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Executes the processing of commercial transactions and consumer loans. This includes the ordering and review of title insurance commitments, appraisals, surveys, flood determinations. Further, included is EDR, LLC forming, EIN number formation for Commercial UIF Transactions.
• Assists with client service on commercial and consumer accounts including researching and responding to customers to resolve problems or concerns.
• Prepares all consumer loan documentation using LaserPro Lending, and includes contact with Title Company to coordinate closings, closing conditions and funding.
• Prepares documentation for commercial transactions, which includes title company contact regarding closing coordination, conditions, and funding.
• Preforms booking commercial transactions and consumer loans to the core software. This also includes logging information onto loan management software.
• Performs file maintenance and system maintenance on all commercial transactions and consumer loans.
• Manages collateral releases function with adherence to the Collateral Release Procedure.
• Will participate in the disbursing and tracking of escrows and escrow analysis for accounts. Manage escrow accounting and disbursements. Tracking of denial and withdrawn files through data base in FDM.

Requirements
Education, Training and Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking/lending experience required.
• Understanding of real estate loan documentation.

Working Environment
Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space and/or a private home office or some combination which will be at managements sole discretion. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor allergens. Employee may work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk).
• Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard).

The salary range for this role ($17.00 to $21.00 per hour) takes into consideration a wide range of factors including but not limited to the duties of the role, experience, location, and certificates and/or education.
