Complete Capital Services, Inc. provides commercial equipment finance options for the manufacturing industry. We are a fast paced sales organization that is supported by a highly productive back office operational staff.
Responsibilities:
- Hybrid Sales and Operational role
- Process Operational tasks within the Credit and Documentation departments (Data Entry; UCC filing; Insurance Requests; reviewing and checking in Documents)
- Partner with the Sales Team for outbound calls/email marketing to Vendor Reps and also our existing customer database
- (2) CRM Systems maintenance
- Relationship building through a regular call cycle with vendors
- Customer Service requests (Early Payoffs, Insurance, ACH setup, Invoice questions)
Goal:
- Gain a broad understanding of the Equipment Finance Industry over a 6 month in depth training period to then be able to take on more complex and specific responsibilities that are critical to both the sales and operational process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
