Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist primarily in probate and estate matters, including probate filings, probate litigation, negotiation, legal research, and drafting.
Duties:

• Draft probate documents, including probate forms, motions, briefs, and agreements
• Assist in probate case preparation for hearings and trials
• Negotiate contested probate matters
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys
• Attend court proceedings, hearings and trials, as needed

Skills:
