- Assist Loan Officers in the preparation and submission of loan applications.
- Collect and review necessary financial documentation from Clients.
- Communicate with Clients to gather additional information and address inquiries.
- Coordinate with underwriters and other stakeholders to facilitate timely loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications and Client interactions.
- Assist in the preparation of loan closing documents and ensure a seamless closing process.
- Provide exceptional Client Service, keeping Clients informed about the status of their loan applications.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
