Loan Officer Assistant

We are on the hunt for the next rock star to join our Mortgage Team! We are the #1 Mortgage Team in Plano, we are blessed to help about 500 Families a year and we have a problem, we need a team member to help us! We had a vision to build up to 700+ families helped in 2024 and it’s coming to life, however we don’t have the support to allow us to maximize on our goals!

This is where you come into play, we need a teammate that knows their way around mortgage guidelines:

·Someone who is organized with a strong attention to detail to make sure all of our I’s are dotted and our T’s are crossed.

-Past experience efficiently managing a mortgage pipeline from end to end.

-A compassionate mindset that each day you have support every step in helping a family get into their dream home.

-Specific qualifications include proficient with a 1003, credit report, high level of communication with borrowers.

-Fresh perspective – we want your ideas that keep our technology and client experience in tip top shape.

-Coachable and able to keep an open mind in a fast paced environment.

We’ll be supporting you on the team through:

- A customized Salesforce platform with continuously improved automated capabilities to increase your efficiency!

-State of the art document portal for a more enjoyable experience for families.

-A local marketing team in Dallas with great graphic designers and support staff to increase families buying a home with Team Wally.

-21+ years of experience to teach you the ways! We’ll be the first to tell you there is no such thing as a self-made person. We pride ourselves on coaching of a high level goal achievement to help each other win not only inside, but outside the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
