Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule customer payments
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle office growth and marketing plans
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Supervise and provide guidance to office
- Ensure adherence to company policies and proceduree

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills, including, filing, and record keeping
- Proficiency in using google or other accounting software
- Experience in team management and supervision
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage vendor relationships
- Familiarity with office management processes (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
