- Responsible to help add value and growth to annual sales volume.
- Communicate positively and effectively follow up with consumers and lenders
- Inform consumers with product knowledge and assist them with understanding what the best options are
- Maintain timeline for all files to assure deadlines are met
- Order appraisals, EOI's, open title/escrow, analyze approvals, request conditions, prepare file for funding are just some of the daily task
- Support our average close time of 20 days per file
- Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem-solving, analysis, and time management.
- People skills that forge professional relationships and support teamwork
- Ability to work well under pressure and time deadlines as well as independently.
- Ability/Willingness to embrace technology
- Experience with MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel), Zoom
Compensation:
- $18/hourly
- Commissions for funded loans
