We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Loan Officer. The Junior Loan Officer will work closely with senior Loan Officers and underwriters to assist in the loan origination process. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior Loan Officers in the origination of residential mortgage loans.
- Collect and review loan application documents from clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather additional information and clarify application details.
- Prepare loan files for underwriting review.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth loan closing process.
- Cold and warm calling from company leads and set appointments.
Qualifications:
- Marketing , or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of mortgage lending principles and regulations preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $171,416.00 - $202,968.00 per year
