Loan Document Specialist I

This is an on-site position located in Cape May Court House, NJ
Responsible for preparation of Loan Documents as directed, and assists with the integrity of loan closings, due diligence, documentation, compliance, and processing of draws for existing construction loans. Provides servicing assistance to customers on their residential, consumer, and commercial loans. Responds to questions concerning all aspects of the residential, consumer, and commercial loans from various sources. Responsible for the completion of the servicing correspondence to consumers.
