Primary Responsibilities:
Join Kero Sports as a Sports Trader and play a pivotal role in the overall execution and performance of our markets. You will monitor real-time odds, trade sports events, and ensure accurate data flow. Additionally, you'll handle market operations, risk analysis, and customer support to enhance the betting experience. Your tasks will involve collaborating with internal teams and Sportsbook partners to provide customer support, analyzing betting patterns, and optimizing trading performance. This role offers flexibility with weekend and holiday work during live events.

We'll trust you to:

• Ensure accurate product mechanics and resolve betting markets effectively.
• Actively trade during sporting events and contribute to our success.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve game-day operations.
• Share insights internally to enhance our products based on operational experience.
• Communicate effectively with Sportsbook partners to address any concerns.

You'll need to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of sports, particularly Soccer, NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL.
• A desire for continuous improvement and success.
• Understanding of probabilities and analytics in sports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

This position is entirely remote. Bonus points if you have experience in the sports betting industry or working with Live Sports data.
