Olson's Greenhouse is a large wholesale greenhouse located in Fort Lupton, Colorado that takes pride in growing and distributing bedding plants and related Live Goods throughout the Intermountain West.
We are currently seeking an hourly, full-time Live Goods Inventory Assistant.
Live Goods Inventory:
· Monitors all required information in the Company’s inventory databases
· Performs accurate physical inventory counts of all Live Goods, updates counts in Picas, and reconcile any discrepancies
· Works closely with sales, production, and growing to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
· Makes recommendations on product ready for sale
· Identifies issues and works with appropriate parties for resolution
· Tracks and provides status of ad items
· Monitors sowing, cutting, and transplant verifications in Picas when needed
· Verifies Move and Dump Reports that update inventory counts and location in Picas.
· Follows end-of-month and end-of-year protocols for Live Goods to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing (specifically, finished goods)
· Assists Hard Goods and Live Goods team members, as needed
· Completes other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting range $18.00-$22.00 per hour.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed during our peak shipping weeks
Supplemental pay types:
