Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury (Defense)

We are seeking a 4th - 8th year associate to join our insurance defense practice in Ladera Ranch, CA. We represent gig economy companies in auto related liability matters and handle premises liability matters. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has experience handling their own case load, drafting and responding to discovery, taking depositions, expert discovery, and first or second chair trial experience. We are a rapidly growing firm with opportunities for self-starters to grow their legal career. All applications will be kept in confidence. We have offices in Carlsbad, Ladera Ranch, Torrance, Seattle, Nevada, Houston, Illinois, and Michigan. We are open to remote, hybrid, or full-time office depending on experience of the individual we hire.

Compensation includes competitive salary, 401k, health benefits (for employee), and scheduled discretionary and hourly bonuses.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
