Responsibilities:

• Caseload management from file intake through trial in collaboration with other partners
• Legal research and writing
• Preparing and arguing motions
• Regularly handle court appearances
• Preparing for and conducting depositions
• Drafting and propounding discovery
• Developing strategies for case handling
• Client interaction and development
• Trial preparation
