Litigation Associate Attorney needed with 2 to 7 years business and commercial litigation background for boutique Houston law firm. Trial experience is required. This position will involve working on all aspects of multi-family residential real estate litigation in both state and federal courts, including numerous contested eviction bench trials at both the JP and County Court levels. Assisting in the firm’s bankruptcy practice, including case intake and management, pre-motion negotiations, and drafting and arguing motions. Excellent writing and negotiation skills needed. Minimum 2000 billable hours yearly.
