Job Description

• Have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate salesperson license.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being comfortable talking to new people.
• Good customer services skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience.
• Willing to learn the latest technology using our different CRM platform, website and marketing platform.
• Ability to make prospecting calls, work open houses and follow-up with company-generated leads.

Additional Information:

Real estate agents are independent contractors, which means your income potential is unlimited. Generally, full-time Real Estate agents in our program make $50,000 - $90,000 in their first 1-2 years, while our experienced and top Real Estate agents can make $100,000+
