Guest Service Agent
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will provide assistance with all aspects of managing guest requests, answering questions, and assisting guests with any issues that arise from their travel experiences. You will also assist in providing information on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and other local amenities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Greeting guests in a friendly manner and answering any questions they may have.
·Assisting guests with obtaining reservations at local restaurants, attractions, activities, and other amenities.
·Assisting guests with ordering room service items such as room keys or food orders.
·Maintaining the appearance of the front desk area by cleaning it regularly and replacing worn items with new ones.
·Maintaining an organized inventory of Guest Services items.
·Maintaining a professional appearance at all times while working in a team environment with other team members.
·Maintaining a positive attitude towards your team members by following the Slate Property Buyers hospitality model and acting as a positive role model for our guests.
·Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role preferred
- Experience in a hotel or other hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with others within the team or independently as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.30 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 60 per week
