Duties:

- Assist with meal preparation for lunch and dinner services
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, grills, ovens, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
