Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Line Cooks & Prep Cooks to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing high-quality food service to our Members. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu plans
- Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Follow proper procedures for food storage, labeling, and dating
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role preferred
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
