Line Cook/Expeditor

Position: Line Cook

Location: Cuvee’s Culinary Creations

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in restaurants, possess excellent punctuation, be able to multitask efficiently, and work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards

- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed

- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting

- Excellent punctuation and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
