- Operate kitchen equipment, such as grills, stoves, and ovens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in catering events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook or dishwasher in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
