SalaryWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team at the Edison Cafe —Smash Burgers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, cooking, washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. ```Responsibilities```
- Cook dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Available to work Fridays and Saturdays 11:45am-3:00pm
