Line Cook - Job Description:

We are seeking a Line Cook with experience in a high-paced kitchen. This individual will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s exceptional standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate pride in their work, a positive attitude, and a passion for growth in culinary arts.

Line Cook - Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a fine dining setting
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen (250 - 300 covers per night)
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, upscale kitchen environment.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
