Daily Responsibilities:
- Pizza Prepping and Making
- Making Tacos, Side Orders, and Desserts
- Prepping & Handling Dough
- Managing Yeast & Dough Fermentation
- Handling Prep Work for All Occasions (or Replenish)
- Work Side-By-Side with Venue Manager to Prepare & Work Events
- Properly Packaging & Storing Food with Accurate Labeling
- Oversee Proper Temperatures for Food Storage
- Minimize Waste and Food Loss
- Recording Food Losses
- Prepare KDS Orders Only
- Running Inventory (and placing orders if applicable)
- Informing Management of Out of Stock Items or Below Par Items
- Assist in Menu & Recipe Building
- Completing Opening and Closing Procedures
- Train New Employees
- Maintaining Effective Communication with Team & Management
- Following CDC Guidelines at All Times
- Safe & Sanitary Food Handling
- Dishwashing
- Cleaning Work Area
- Sweeping & Mopping Floors
- Deep Cleans
- Maintaining Dish Pit & Kitchen Area Clean & Organized at All Times
Requirements:
- Ability to keep the kitchen organized, stocked and clean at all times
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Great communication
- Always on time
- Great work ethic
- Team-oriented
- Must be available Sundays
Shift times may include (Varies with Prep Days & Events)
- Monday - Wednesday: 3:30pm - 10:30pm
- Thursday: 3:30pm - 11:30pm
- Friday: 2pm - 11:30pm (Shifts starting at 2pm, 5pm, and 6pm)
- Saturday: 11:30am - 6:30pm , 5pm - 11:30pm , 6pm - 11:30pm
- Sunday: 11:30am - 4:30pm , 4:30pm - 9pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
