Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Experience:
- Must be a licensed Realtor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

Pay: $98,174.00 - $115,584.00 per year
