Job Overview:

As a Licensed Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your expertise in real estate and strong customer service skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Prepare and present offers to clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Handle administrative tasks related to real estate transactions

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid real estate license
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of success
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
