REBD Group is seeking motivated and driven Licensed Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a member of our growing real estate group, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience, have one-on-one coaching, work within a proven group that has produced numerous 6 figure realtors, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a commission-based position.
As a Licensed Real Estate Agent with REBD, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting market research to identify potential properties and clients.
- Prospecting with our lead generation systems.
- Assisting buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Generating leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on market trends, pricing, and negotiations.
- Utilizing our CRM (Brivity) and other tools to streamline the processes and enhance client experience.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
(Preferred) Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Texas REQUIRED.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Learning based and growth minded.
- Humble, smart, driven.

Pay: $1.00 - $106,722.16 per year
