Compensation:$140,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- A few sales in the past 6 months
- Self-driven individual who knows how to use the MLS to find homes for clients, do CMA, and write purchase and sale agreements
- Someone who can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Must Reside in Glendale, California
- We generate about 550 to 650 new leads every month!
