Showing Assistant - Inbound Appointments Division

  • WORK WITH A TOP-PRODUCING AGENT

  • INSIDE SALES AGENTS ARE PROVIDED TO SET YOUR SHOWING APPOINTMENTS
  • CONTRACT WRITING AND NEGOTIATIONS ARE A PART OF THIS ROLE
  • EARNING POTENTIAL- AGENTS ON OUR TEAM EARNING AS MUCH AS $350,000

QUALIFICATIONS: ACTIVE CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF ATTAINING YOUR LICENSE

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:

  • Full-time availability (No Part-time)
  • Access to local real estate association membership / MLS
  • Have a good technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile)
  • Willingness to learn The Jim Bottrell Real Estate Team process, use new tools, systems, and technologies and follow the company's protocol (CRM)
  • Posses networking and strong phone sales skills
  • Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator
  • Enjoy negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients

Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to assigned appointments for real estate showings
  • Educate, inform, and advise clients on the buying and selling process, market trends, and other important topics
  • Accompany prospective buyers And Sellers on property tours, offering detailed information about the property, neighborhood, and city amenities

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid California Real Estate License
  • Should be a quick learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • Must be organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • A minimum of a High School diploma is required
